Returns/Exchanges

  • Parcel returns will not be accepted after 14 days of arrived shipment. If 14 days have gone by, we unfortunately cannot process the return or exchange. 

  • Clothing cannot be faded, excessively wrinkled, smell of smoke/fragrances  and lastly having the appearance of it being worn or washed. Lastly, the item should be returned back as it was received, with tags, strings and etc. 

  • ​​The customer will be responsible for paying ALL shipping costs of the products.

  • Be sure to detail Sku/Order numbers when making a request for return/exchange.  

  • Shipping costs for returned items will NOT be refunded.

  • Once return products have been received and inspected, we will notify you the status of approval or rejection.

 

  • A refund will be issued if an item and stock for an exchange request is unavailable. 

 

  • Exchange requests can be made only for the same product, with either size or color.

 

  • Restocking fee of 10-12% will be applied to returns of non-defective merchandise.

Payments/Shipping

  • All Payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or Apple Pay

  • Deliverables will be shipped with UPS/USPS carriers. Standard.

  • Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address information given by the customer.
