Returns/Exchanges

Parcel returns will not be accepted after 14 days of arrived shipment. If 14 days have gone by, we unfortunately cannot process the return or exchange.

Clothing cannot be faded, excessively wrinkled, smell of smoke/fragrances and lastly having the appearance of it being worn or washed. Lastly, the item should be returned back as it was received, with tags, strings and etc.

The customer will be responsible for paying ALL shipping costs of the products.

Be sure to detail Sku/Order numbers when making a request for return/exchange.

Shipping costs for returned items will NOT be refunded.

Once return products have been received and inspected, we will notify you the status of approval or rejection.
- A refund will be issued if an item and stock for an exchange request is unavailable.
- Exchange requests can be made only for the same product, with either size or color.
- Restocking fee of 10-12% will be applied to returns of non-defective merchandise.

Deliverables will be shipped with UPS/USPS carriers. Standard.

Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address information given by the customer.
